Hey. I’ve been thinking about expanding my business to the UAE, but the registration process looks a bit complicated. Has anyone here actually managed to set up a company there? How long does it take and is it really worth it for foreign entrepreneurs?

I opened my company in the UAE a few months ago - totally worth it. The setup was smoother than I expected: you can choose between mainland or free zone, and if you go for a free zone, you get full ownership and almost zero taxes on qualified income. It took me around three weeks from start to finish, and I didn’t even have to be there in person. I used a team that handled everything - from licensing to banking - and honestly, that saved me a lot of stress. If you’re serious about expanding to the UAE, I recommend checking out https://legarithm.io/company-formation/uae/ - they really know what they’re doing.

To open a company in uae, you need to choose a business name and then apply for the business license to register your business and then you can start a business.
