I’ve faced this while working with a US–Europe team. I’d wake up to find files updated, renamed, or moved, and I wasn’t sure which version to use. I implemented a shared platform that kept a clear activity log of all changes. I also found on https://www.iweee.org/ that labeling folders by project and date makes it easier to track progress. Now I can quickly review changes each morning and start working without delays or guesswork.
