    Despite the progress, there are challenges. Intermittency remains an issue for solar and wind energy—power generation fluctuates depending on weather and time of day. This necessitates the development of advanced energy storage systems and smart grids that can balance supply and demand in real time.

    Government policies, public awareness, and international cooperation are critical to accelerating the adoption of renewable energy. Incentives such as tax credits, subsidies, and carbon pricing can encourage investment in green technology.
