I’ve been following Dubai’s real estate market lately and noticed growing interest in leasehold Dubai properties. With lease terms ranging from 30 to 99 years, they seem to offer a more affordable way to invest without committing to full ownership.

What are your thoughts on this type of property? Do you think leasehold options will continue to attract expats and mid-range investors, or will most buyers still prefer freehold ownership?

I came across Elaris Real Estate and their detailed guides on freehold vs. leasehold—it really helped clarify the differences. Curious to hear from those who’ve already invested or considered investing under leasehold terms. What’s been your experience so far?
