Why do students hire someone to take my online class?

 I see more students saying they hire someone to take my online class nowadays, and I’m wondering why it has become so popular. Is it only because people are busy, or do they genuinely think it improves grades. I’m tempted because my current schedule is crazy, and I don’t want to fall behind in my degree program. If you’ve done it before, can you share your experience. Did it feel worth it in the long run, or did you regret it later. I’m especially concerned about whether these services keep your data confidential. Maybe some students here can explain the benefits and risks clearly. I’m not looking for promotions, just honest feedback so I can make a smart decision.
